At Ailex International, we value our customers and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for our Surgical, Dental, Beauty, Veterinary, and Orthopedic instruments.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

Customized or specially manufactured instruments.
Used or damaged products not caused by our error.
Clearance or promotional sale items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange replacement.
